About Cornerstone

Cornerstone Behavioral Services was started by Nicole Iannarone, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Nicole has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2010. In that time, Nicole has worked with a wide array of learners and has been successful in treating challenging behaviors as well as helping learners develop language skills. As a graduate student, Nicole worked under the supervision of  Mary McDonald PhD BCBA-D and conducted research in the area of food selectivity and refusal.

Over the years, Nicole has successfully treated many learners with food selectivity and refusal. In 2019, Nicole was asked to be on the Legislative Committee for New York State Association for Behavior Analysis (NYSABA).   Nicole works tirelessly to advocate for families and professionals striving to make sure all families have equal access to treatment and professionals have the ability to disseminate their skills where they are most needed.

Our team is comprised of Bachelors Level Behavior Therapists, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts. All providers possess a well rounded understanding of behavior analysis and techniques. We work collaboratively as a team to ensure the success of all learners. We believe it takes a village to raise a child.
